Lesson Time

This is one of the classrooms at the Irish College of English. As you can see, they are very different from classrooms at Tokai! They are much smaller and this is actually nice as it encourages them to get closer to the other students in their class. The picture below is the class of a teacher called Owen Branagan. He is the son of Learning Journeys staff Michael Branagan and has been teaching at ICE for many years. Actually, Owen is a regular school teacher during the rest of the year. Many school teachers in Ireland teach language students during the summer. Owen is a keen traveller. He has been all over the world with his mother and father since early childhood. This is because his mother was a flight attendant for our national airline, Aer Lingus. Owen plays the guitar very well. He often plays for his students.
